Cebu Pacific will restore direct flights from Davao to Hong Kong and Bangkok, while adding more flights to Siargao and Iloilo, expanding travel options for passengers from Mindanao.
The airline will resume its Davao-Hong Kong service on Oct. 25, operating four times a week every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
Flights will depart Davao at 8:20 a.m. and arrive in Hong Kong at 11:50 a.m. The return flight will leave Hong Kong at 12:35 p.m. and arrive in Davao at 3:55 p.m.
The Davao-Bangkok route via Don Mueang International Airport will resume on Oct. 26, with flights scheduled three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The Davao-bound flight will depart Bangkok at 9:15 p.m. and arrive in Davao at 2:50 a.m. the following day.
Cebu Pacific will also increase its Davao-Siargao service from six to 10 flights weekly and its Davao-Iloilo service from 10 to 14 flights weekly.
The airline said the expanded services would give travelers more options for domestic and international trips from Mindanao.
The resumption of the international routes comes as Davao continues to serve as a major gateway for travelers in southern Philippines, with direct links to destinations in Asia.
Cebu Pacific Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Candice Iyog announced the route developments during the airline’s quarterly business report in Davao City, attended by tourism and business stakeholders.
The airline is also holding a seat sale until Aug. 15, with one-way base fares starting at P88 for selected domestic and international destinations, excluding fees and surcharges.
The travel period runs from Sept. 1 to Dec. 31, 2026.
Cebu Pacific currently serves 35 destinations in the Philippines and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
